o Grand Prize – Winner’s choice of any one of the following:

 One (1) payment of the remaining principal amount on a vehicle loan, payment not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000); or

 One (1) payment of outstanding lease payments, exclusive of lease-end buyout, on a vehicle lease not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000); or

 Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) in cash

o Runner-Up Prize – Winner’s choice of any one of the following:

 One (1) payment of the remaining principal amount on a vehicle loan, payment not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000); or

 One (1) payment of outstanding lease payments, exclusive of lease-end buyout, on a vehicle lease not to exceed five thousand ($5,000); or

 Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) in cash

• Entry Method

 Contestant must enter by physically appearing at Sponsor’s business location and must complete an online entry form and agree to have their information used for marketing purposes.

• Drawing Date

o Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

o A random drawing will occur business location of sponsor.

o Winners need not be present in order to win.

• Winner Notification Method

o Winner will be notified by telephone, email, and/or in person within 72 hours of the drawing. Winner must present themselves at the Sponsor’s place of business by 2:00 PM on Friday, January 12, 2021 in order to claim their prize.

LITTLETON CHEVROLET’S $50,000 AUTO LOAN PAYOFF SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Prizes:

o Grand Prize – Winner’s choice of any one of the following:

 One (1) payment of the remaining principal amount on a vehicle loan, payment not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000); or

 One (1) payment of outstanding lease payments, exclusive of lease-end buyout, on a vehicle lease not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000); or

 Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) in cash

o Runner-Up Prize – Winner’s choice of any one of the following:

 One (1) payment of the remaining principal amount on a vehicle loan, payment not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000); or

 One (1) payment of outstanding lease payments, exclusive of lease-end buyout, on a vehicle lease not to exceed five thousand ($5,000); or

 Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) in cash

Eligibility:

No purchase necessary to enter; purchase will not increase chances of winning. The “Littleton Chevrolet’s $50,000 Auto Loan Payoff Sweepstakes” is open to residents of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont, 18 years of age or older, except for employees of the Autosaver Group and its affiliated businesses, advertising agents or promotions agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of all the foregoing. Only individuals are permitted to win. Corporate entities and any other institutions are ineligible. Participants are eligible to win an Autosaver Group contest only once every sixty (60) days. Participants are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six (6) months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and not subject to appeal. The sweepstakes is open to individuals only. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the sweepstakes.

By entering the Littleton Chevrolet’s $50,000 Auto Loan Payoff Sweepstakes Contest, participants agree to the use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at www.autosavergroup.com.

Entry and Award:

1. To enter this sweepstakes, participants must enter to win by must enter by physically appearing at Sponsor’s business location and completing the online entry form in the presence of Sponsor’s representative during the contest period.

2. The winner will be randomly drawn on Tuesday, January 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. EST from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The random drawing will occur at the Sponsor’s place of business, 851 Meadow Street, Littleton, New Hampshire.

3. Any attempt by any entrant to falsely manipulate the number of eligible entries by using multiple/different/duplicitous identities or any other method will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, mutilated, illegible or contain irregular or invalid information, or are corrupted in any way are void and will not be eligible.

The winner need not attend the prize drawing location on Tuesday, January 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. EST, to claim the prize.

Winners must present themselves in person at the Sponsor’s place of business 851 Meadow Street, Littleton, New Hampshire no later than Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. EST to claim their prize and must complete all required waivers and releases before the prize will be awarded. Any objection to or failure to sign the required waivers and releases will result in forfeiture of the prize. Any prize that constitutes the payoff of a debt obligation will be mailed directly to the lender. For all other prizes, the winner must be able to take possession of the prize at the Sponsor’s place of business, 851 Meadow Street, Littleton, New Hampshire. In the event that the Grand Prize winner does not present themselves within time specified, the Runner-up prize winner shall be awarded the Grand Prize to the extent that, when combined with the Runner-up prize if it has already been paid, total winnings do not exceed the amount of the Grand Prize.

The prize includes only the specifically enumerated items listed in the “Prize” section above and does not include any other expenses associated with use of the prize. The winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes with respect to the prize. If the winner chooses a loan or lease payoff, winner must present valid evidence of their loan or lease including payoff amount and information needed to submit a payment to the lender or lessor. The dealership is not responsible for any charges associated with a payoff, including late fees, bank fees, cancellations, etc. The payoff amount will be determined as soon as is practical after the drawing and after the winner has provided all necessary information. The Sponsor reserves the right to take a minimum of one week to determine the payoff amount.

General Rules:

Sponsor may substitute prizes for prizes of like value in Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred to any other party.

Failure of a participant to adhere to any of the terms and conditions outlined herein will result in a forfeiture of a prize.

Winner is responsible for any tax resulting from their acceptance of any prize associated with this sweepstakes. Winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Sponsors. All expenses relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in a participant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to award any prizes that are not claimed by the end of the sweepstakes in future promotions conducted by Sponsors.

Sponsors reserve the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any participant (and void his/her entry) who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the sweepstakes in a manner inconsistent with these Official Rules or in violation of any federal, state, local laws, statutes or ordinances or with the intent to annoy, harm or abuse the Sponsors, their representatives or any other participant. In addition to discontinuance of participation privileges, Sponsors have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including referral for criminal prosecution, as they deem necessary in their sole discretion.

All decisions of the Sponsor in any matter relating to this Promotion shall be binding and final.

Sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable internet or SMS connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any website, cellular or online service, any disconnection or loss of call, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or these Official Rules. Should any portion of sweepstakes be, in Sponsors’ sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, corrupted or impair the administration, security or fairness, of this sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated select the potential winner for the sweepstakes from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the sweepstakes prior to such action using the selection procedure outlined above.

The winner (i) except where legally prohibited, by acceptance of a prize grants permission for Sponsors (and agrees to confirm such agreement in writing) and its designees to use his/her name, entry material, voice and/or likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, at any times or time, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web without notice or review or approval; (ii) will be required to execute and return a release and wavier of liability; and (iii) will be required to provide their Social Security Number and current government-issued photo identification reasonably satisfactory to Sponsors. If the winner refuses or does not complete and fully-execute the release, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.

Sponsors disclaim all liabilities to winner with respect to use of the prize. Participants agree that Sponsors and their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, licensees, assignees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and are released and shall be held harmless by participants from and against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or from participation in this sweepstakes or in any sweepstakes-related activity.

Released Parties are not responsible for typographical, printing or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the selection or announcement of the winner or in any sweepstakes-related materials.
