EVERYONE AT LITTLETON CHEVROLET WAS EXCITED ON FRIDAY TO MEET ONE OF THE WINNERS OF OUR FACEBOOK GIVEAWAY. We had the pleasure of presenting $1000 worth of Amazon gift cards to Jessi Vital from Lancaster Elementary School. Jessi is a Pre-school and Special Education Educator and has done a complete 180 in her life. She started out as a veterinary technician. She loves animals and wanted to care of them. This was her calling. After a few years taking care of animals she realized that there might be a different path. When the time came to start her family she realized that her calling was her family. She decided to regroup and went back to college and enroll in Granite State College and started her journey to get her degree in special education. More focus on her family and a much needed focus on the students of the North Country. She knew this was where she need to be. Getting her degree was first and for most. The balance with her family and work was very important to her. She knew this was something new and very exciting and was going commit to it 100%. We spent some time with Jessi getting to know her today. When asked…”What do you love about your career?” Jessi said…”I love watching the kids progress. I love that development. That social and emotional enhancement is extremely important. I want them to strive academically…we want to see progress and see them succeed.” “We as teachers and educators deal with so much during the day that we continue to put the students at the forefront. We all work diligently to make sure all students have the recourses and care they need. We are committed in seeing this through. We want these student to be the very best they can be when they leave us.” Jessi loves the path she has chosen and and we are so excited to present her with this gift to help her, her fellow educators and her school with the tools to make a difference every single day. Jessi plans to spend the money on totes to organize items for the classrooms for herself and other educators within the school. Science, math and engineering tools are another focus of her purchase. She also mentioned bookshelves for better organization and purposeful materials. Congratulations Jessi.
