originally set up an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. before i go the truck to the appointment had an issues with the cooling fan running at odd times, plus it was almost time for my yearly inspection. left a note about these issues. was called to confirm them.. they found that the thermostat was failing and that to inspect the truck the rear brakes needed to be changed. said ok to do the work. the shop got all this done and my truck back to me before i got out of work.. Very happy that all this was done on top of what the truck was originally in for. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED

had a abs and stablizing warning light come on which disabled cruise control also. called and my truck was picked up soon after. a defector sensor was found to be the issue. set up a date and time to get it repaired for thur afternoon. i got there on time and waited there for 4 hours for it to be fixed and test driven. Poor Mary felt real bad about it taking so long. i expected it to take a bit, so i was prepared had a book took a lil nap and waited patiently. things have been fine since.. THANK YOU TO THE SERVICE DEPT for getting the truck up and going ... Littleton Chevy has ALWAYS taken TERIFFIC CARE OF ME over the last 35 sum odd years..

The technician cleared up most of the minor irritants. A blown fuse that I could not find; a bad temperature sensor; a defective part on the transmission that prevented or delayed the removal of the ignition key. I am delighted! Also praise for Mary, who sweetly explained how much this all might cost. I know it costs money to train people, and this service showed your technician to be well trained and competent.

had another tires pressure system malfunction..called on fri about it and the appt was made for monday to replace it . my truck was picked up at work and repairs were dont PLUS a second sensor was found to defective.... both were replaced and oil change performed as requested...my truck was returned in plenty of time. again the repairs were made under the extended warranty that i purchased.... am pleased i talked into buying it.... its slowly paying for its self... its hard to explain how grateful i am for this service department... on the way to work on friday i had little to no heat in my truck. I called at 8 am, and they were able to TRY to fit it in. If not it was going to have to happen on monday... which i was fine with.. fridged weekend predicted too boot...they were able to get it in and repair my truck and back to me with GREAT heat....
